My first session with you will give us the opportunity to discuss your thoughts and feelings and identify the problem areas. I will also try to understand how you want therapy to help you change and develop. We will also be able to make a decision about whether CBT is the right treatment option for you and if not I will advise you on what might be.

We will agree a certain number of sessions which is usually between 6 and 12 but can occasionally be more or less depending on the severity of your problem.

I am registered with most major private healthcare insurance providers including Bupa, AXA PPP.
